Phones must be broken, they never call you back. They also never do what they tell you they are going to do. Sean, the branch manager, I’m still waiting for that call back. Thanks for doing nothing for me and my family. Meridian credit union had a client for life until I moved up here and started dealing with this sad excuse of a branch in Pembroke. I’ll be moving my mortgage and all remaining banking to a bank that respects their clients time and request.
My mom banks here and she's had an experience lately that leaves me sour. She had taken out 1200 and the teller had counted 2 / 3 times and everything was good she then went across the street to RBC to deposit it for rent and it was $100 short. She then went back to Meridian and told the teller that had counted it out the first time she was missing $100. The teller informed her she had missed the $100 and had it there for. The company I work for has been banking with Meridian Pembroke for about 6 years. The ladies are a blessing to deal with, always cheerful, quick and efficient. The staff go above and beyond to support and assist me with my day to day banking needs.
