This review has nothing to do with approval/denial. It’s about basic professionalism and file handling. My refinance file sat for ~45 days with no meaningful progress or communication. When Stephanie contacted me, she appeared to have little/no familiarity with the details, called from abroad over Wi-Fi, asked for documents to be re-submitted due to delays, and then provided no follow-up or accountability. Great staff and pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable and assisted me with sorting out an auto-deposit issue.
