Don't waste your time with this branch. We got an email saying our GIC's were due, so I tried to contact the local Woodstock branch. After numerous phone calls and leaving messages which were never returned and then I called after at least 6 calls and the receptionist answered and I voiced my concern and she supposedly looked after renewing them. Incredible services, they go above and beyond to help. Friendly and happy to see you when you enter the bank. I've gone to other banks , and I've always Gone back to Meridian. Thank you ladies for years of great service.
Steve and his staff helped me out with some creative financing for my mortgage. You do not get this level of service or flexibility at a traditional bank.
