I have been a member for over 5 years. The last few times I went to the branch I was helped by Roya. She is very friendly and very efficient in doing her work. I went to get bank draft and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She also promptly answers emails. So, I am very happy with the service at this branch. I addition the policies of Meridian are much better fro customrs than the big 5. One example - I wanted to move RRSP from on bank to another and the receiving bank wanted $200 for the "service". I like to have my banking with Meridian, I can say that I have done this for many years, but what is really disturbing is that this branch never answers the phone. I am giving 5 stars because besides this, Meridian is good.
Future clients Of Meridian bank- be carefull!!! Meridian bank back office work style is soo bad! i opened in august 2024 two bank account . 16 august i deposited to my businees account a cheque from work. after 7 business day the hold was off. i came to bank asked if i can use amount? they said yes. and i took 30% of my cheque money. after 2 day bank called me and telling your account is closed. without giving any information-“why”?! i came to bank again and asked how it can be like that. they said the bank which am provided... read more
