This Meridian Credit Union branch is phenomenal, lots of long tenured Bank professionals that know and care about their clients. Big shout out to Rhonda Hill who has helped my Step Mother for years and who has successfully helped us navigate recent estate challenges and transitions. Highly recommend this branch, they do not have the staff turnover you see at the Big 6 banks branches where every few months it seems like a whole new staff has taken over 🙏👍

My partner and I visited the Southdown branch today to open a joint savings account, and unfortunately, the experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and judged. From the moment we explained that we wanted to use the account to manage shared funds, the advisor, Jasper, became noticeably suspicious.
