WORST FREAKING SERVICE. at the location made an appointment to open account. Next day I show up and guy named Sheldon says "its Policy we can't open account with a canadian citizenship card" after spending 3 to 4 mins reading it. And waiting 10 mins of my time. Then goes to check with someone. Then I had to search online and pull meridians site to show him that MERIDIAN ACCEPTS CITIZENSHIP CARD AS ID for a new account. First time went to this branch the girl was very nice but the bald African dude was rude and unprofessional joker. Will never come here again
First time obtained in person service here was awesome. The front desk girl was very helpful he name is Rachel. Very good banking service.
