There's nothing better then being treated like a criminal at this branch. You have to buzz to get itln and wait a while for someone to even notice you. When did we start treating everyone like criminals?
Terrible customer service. Won’t do their job properly, then as the customer you’re left to fix their mistakes. No accountability. Will never recommend to anyone I know or be returning to them in the future. Do yourself a favour and do not go into business with these people!
They were refusing customers today, during business hours! NOT closed, and yet not open either. No explanation offered. This is severly disconcerting.
Unfortunately my experience with Meridian has been extremely disappointing. The customer service and communication throughout the mortgage process were unacceptable. Timelines were never disclosed or properly communicated, leaving us completely in the dark. We often had to chase down updates, and even then, it would take far longer than acceptable to hear back from our point of contact.
