Our financial Advisor, Liam N, is by far the best. With the most friendly smile, he is always willing to help whenever we need extra clarification. He displays such professionalism and deserves more recognition for making the Clyde ave meridian our favourite place to go for banking needs!
Marc, the small business advisor was quite arrogant and rude during a conversation I had over the phone with him. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence and eventually hung up on me. Poor customer service.
Do not use Meridian Credit Union for anything to do with a small business. During the pandemic one of their small business account managers told me that if a small business could not survive the pandemic it was the owners fault. Use any other financial institution for your small business.
Amazing service. Wish it had one more day of the week open to 6 or similar. With closed on Saturday now, it can be hard to access.
Used Meridian for the very first time , they were very knowledgeable and precise on completing my mortgage. Highly recommend them!
