meridian as a whole i do not like, but our mortgage broker Matt Doughty is genuinely so helpful and kind and makes the whole process less stressful with open communication, validation of frustrations, anticipation of needs & drive to get things done. Matt is the best part of meridian & i hope they know that. moving feels like drowning, and his help was waterwings
Horrible service. It’s taken 2 months for me to sign some loan documents and it still hasn’t gone through. They don’t have docusign so I have to go in one document at a time at least once a week. Today will be the 6th time I’d have to drive half an hour to get there. had to plead for one of the docs to be sent pdf. And still not processed. Completely incompetent!
What a lier 🤥🤥 it says 27 hour abm but it's locked sooo unprofessional
