I had a very disappointing experience at Meridian Bank. When I went in to open a new account, the representative, Linda, told me that my credit score wasn’t high enough and said, “We’re not your people.” I understand if a bank can’t take on certain business, but to say “we’re not your people” was dismissive and rude. This wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor service at this branch. I've had great experiences with the staff there. Everyone had always been helpful.
Their lunch hours are 9am to 6pm Call anytime the person who you want to reach out is gone for lunch
