Why suddenly lock the atm after business hours knowing you have minimal locations?? People are at work during business hours how are we suppose to bank.. this is stupid.
Michelle has taken over my case and has been quite good. I've since changed my review to 5 stars because she is great to work with. Dane the mortgage specialist is also fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience at Meridian Bank. When I went in to open a new account, the representative, Linda, told me that my credit score wasn’t high enough and said, “We’re not your people.” I understand if a bank can’t take on certain business, but to say “we’re not your people” was dismissive and rude. This wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor service at this branch.
