I choose to end my account as of today Ive been with merdian for years and the service only declined as well as them starting to charge me account fees without notifying me. When I came to this location to inform them Id like to close my account they gave me a hard time, and a worker named Jeff who came to help the nice woman at the Desk who was already helping me started to be rude, and condescending towards me as well as stating all my personal information out loud while other clients were nearby. Staff was friendly while helping me active my new card.
I am shocked to see the mediocre reviews. I have been banking in Canada for 50 years. In all those years, I have never, ever gotten the superior service that I am receiving at this branch. I am so glad I have moved over there from the TD just up the street. A special shout-out to Jeff Tilley, who is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with in a financial institution.
Why suddenly lock the atm after business hours knowing you have minimal locations?? People are at work during business hours how are we suppose to bank.. this is stupid.
