Staff are excellent. And now an ABM that works. A much better experience than the traditional "Big 5"
Terribly disappointed in service my senior Mom received when she was trying to transfer from RBC to this branch as I did quite a while ago. Staff member did not correct address, mail and cards returned to sender. Process of transferring has taken over at least 2 months and still in limbo. She reached out to staff member many times with no response back. My Mom has decided to stop process and stay at RBC. Unbelievable service!
