How long is this ATM going to be out of service???? I've tried all weekend to get cash and it's a crap shoot. Sometimes it gives it to me and then 5 minutes later when I try to get more it won't. And no, I'm not exceeding my limit. I've called this branch before about this issue and they don't seem to care. What happened to customer service???? Will definitely NOT recommend.

What's up with their ATM? I have tried several times in the past to remove cash, the machine suggests the denomination and it still doesn't dispense the cash. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year. FIX IT. What's the use of calling? I've called in the past and the person I spoke with sounded like she couldn't care less. Won't be making that mistake again.

So first Meridian processed our mortgage application incorrectly. We were supposed to be on a 20 year term at accelerated bi-weekly payments. Well they changed this to the remaining amortization of 17 years 3 months and still put us on accelerated bi-weekly. This changed my mortgage payment by $400 per month. When told of the error they said we could switch to monthly payments but would still be paying $200 more than we should have been per month and otherwise would have to pay to break the term of our mortgage. I’ve been a client of Meridian for (I believe) over 10 years now. Initially the service were great, I didn’t have issues with my accounts and was even offered a small line of credit. Recently though. Their monthly account prices have gone up again, but service has fallen. My financial advisor has changed twice in a very short time. They’re now picking and choosing when I can access my line of credit and if I deposit money through the ATM they hold 80% of it, whereas they used to only hold 20%.
