I have witnessed and had human errors corrected through the contact centre. It's always a good idea to watch your money, and better to bank with a credit union. 😊

Many many hidden fees. They intentionally misrepresent services and options to keep fees hidden. ALWAYS take the contract home to read and do not trust their in person explanation.
