I’ve been a client of Meridian for (I believe) over 10 years now. Initially the service were great, I didn’t have issues with my accounts and was even offered a small line of credit. Recently though. Their monthly account prices have gone up again, but service has fallen. My financial advisor has changed twice in a very short time. They’re now picking and choosing when I can access my line of credit and if I deposit money through the ATM they hold 80% of it, whereas they used to only hold 20%. I mostly make use of the mobile and online aspect of personal banking with Meridian so I can't say much about the branch itself. They do provide an impressive variety of products. I have witnessed and had human errors corrected through the contact centre. It's always a good idea to watch your money, and better to bank with a credit union. 😊
