WHY??? is every other banks ATM machines available and your doors are locked? The weekend is when ATM should be available. Not going to thank you for all the extra withdrawal charge I had to pay to Scotiabank and mine. 😠
Best customer service I have ever found in a financial institute. Meridian Staff care, offer in person interactions, proactive, steady. I hope they expand across Canada.I feel safe with meridian.
The people in the Meridian Orillia office sound lovely to talk to over the phone but as the executor of my father's estate I would not recommend this office/financial institution. I have been trying since March 2024 to get them to distribute TFSA funds and non registered investments since June 2024. According to the manager, the delay is because so many people have died. The other financial institutions I have dealt with in my role as executor did not have that issue.
I've been with,Meridian for over 30yrs, the best bank I've ever dealt with. Bank of Montreal, and cibc refused my app for a mortgage, 3 yrs after being with Meridian, and a stable job I applied for a mortgage from Karen, as a single mother and she gave it to me I bought home, because Meridian believed in me, I just recently had a situation, a bill was short on funds I called the bank they said it's covered and on the first when my pension came in they just took the money back, support is top notch, thanks Meridian and all th... read more
I am a new member with Meridian and I can’t say enough great things about this branch. The staff treat me like family and are always so helpful and knowledgeable. My dog loves it here too 😄
