I have been a member of Huronia Credit Union for many years and am fortunate to have Monique Hamelin assist me with my accounts and GIC's. Monique always responds to my calls and questions promptly. She is very knowledgeable dedicated and amicable. I couldn't ask for better service. Prior to Monique I had left messages for other staff which were never returned.
They just don’t call you for appointments. I’ve tried twice now and both times have just been missed appointments with the inability to call them back because it directs you to the call centre. It’s actually disgusting how consistent this has been considering
Had a great first experience when opening an account and talking with Jen Keats definitely felt more welcome than I have at other banks, looking forward to the future with meridian!
