Incompetent doesn't even begin to cover it. I -was- a new patient and I told them up front that I was at the end of my prescription and they said no worries. That they'd get an apt for me asap. So it was scheduled for Oct 6. Then, that day runs around: they tell me I have no appointment for that day. They also tell me that many people's appointments have gone missing. So, ok. They do not deserve one star ,,A true disappointment,,They try and bend and twist your mental Health Issue.. To whatever staff they have .., I have a referral from my insurance for high intensity counseling ..They told me my issuance does cover counseling ....when i showed them the referral ..they were dumb founded ,,,They salt your wounds here ..and are no help ..very unprofessional to say the least
These people who respond on the telephone are the rudest most unprofessional human beings I have ever talked to. We need to see how are loved ones are and they play the dumb routine of we can not confirm without the patient consent Why? This is not the answer We are looking for. I have never been treated so poorly by a healthcare "professional" in my whole life. The nursing staff hate the patients and their jobs and it shows. Don't come here if you need help, I promise you will come away feeling worse.
We had a service plan for 6 months and it will be up March 2016 and they did nothing at all just handed us the service plan we will be reporting them to better business bureau for sure and medicaid Florida blue and other insurance companies
this place sucks,they don't tell you anything about your family members and won't let you even talk to them..if i ever need to go to a mental hospital it will not be this place
This place is a joke they do not care. They will just send you home whether you're better or not.
