I always felt I had access to my loan agent Delani Estrill and was kept informed and updated on the status of my loan’s progress from beginning to end. Anytime I had a question or needed understanding, I received an answer or an explanation. That's important to me because I like to be in the know about what I'm experiencing especially with a big endeavor like a home purchase.

As young first time home buyers, Kyle was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. His communication was amazing, always called to tell us even the slightest changes so we were always in on the loop and answered my million questions. We even closed earlier than expected !
