Wish i can give negative starts to this bank . very very bad experience with my home loan application. I gave them every document needed and with good credit and income still they were unable to process my application on time and demanded documents which are were possible to produce . There underwriters are so unprofessional and have no knowledge of Federal documents and there language .After 2 months of collecting documents from me i lost my house . I got referred to use meridian bank for a relatively small commercial loan and Paul Avery the business banker was the one taking care of it he came as highly recommended by the broker. But our experience was not that great with him. Unfortunately our deal did not go through and i asked for our good faith deposit to be returned they deducted close to 800 dollars from our deposit. No closing date was scheduled and they Nickled and dimed us for everything .when i asked him about it he sent me email with this response via email.... read more
