Sold my mortgage after 3 weeks of having it. Lost my second half of my mortgage. NO one picks up the phone. Excepted my payment and didn't transfer it to the new mortgage holder. I've been calling EVERY SINGLE DAY. No one picks up and the one time they did pick up, get had no idea how to help me. Good job !
