If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been without a car because I paid my taxes online instead of missing time from work to go into the office to pay. I need to register my car, but these people in this office do not care about anyone’s situation but their own. I have 2 jobs that I can not get to without bugging people for a ride because they refuse to release my payment confirmation into the dmv system for 10 business days. This is my livelihood. So I just went to get a car registered and couldn’t bc I was told I had a delinquent tax bill. I paid my taxes in full. So I call and got some very rude lady and she said that there was interest and I owed $8.60. So why wasn’t this charge brought up when I paid my taxes. I was also never notified I had a delinquent bill. So now I have to wait until Tuesday to register the car.
