Signage is not helpful for anyone unfamiliar with terminal. Parking is unavailable for picking up passengers. Street parking is complicated to figure out. Took me half an hour to pay through only available means - credit card. The whole experience needs to be more user friendly for elderly customers.
The Meriden train station is a solid, dependable stop. On the positive side, the station is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable wait. The only real downsides are the amenities: there are no bathroom facilities or a physical ticket booth on-site. However, if you plan ahead and buy your tickets via the app or kiosk, it is a perfectly smooth and pleasant commuting experience.
