I got a call from their office asking if I have time to talk. I thought it was obvious I couldn't talk long but apparently not. I asked if she can call back and she proceeded to hang up on my face. I never had a chance to respond so I will respond here. I found this highly unprofessional a huge red flag and extremely toxic. Just Ridiculous.
I had an excellent experience with Mergen Law Office, and I want to give a special thanks to Hollie and lawyer John Fletcher for their outstanding support. My mortgage approval came in late on Friday at 5 PM, with a closing date on Monday—a very tight turnaround. Hollie went above and beyond, staying late to complete all the paperwork, and thanks to her hard work, everything was finalized on time. EDIT - After reaching out to the manager, we were able to finally get contact from our lawyer. Then they helped resolve the issue!
Very disappointed with MerGen Law. I do not recommend them. We used them to close the sale of our first house. After we paid them, they did not close out the mortgage (which we no longer had access to). Once we emailed and called multiple times to close out the final documents, they did so after months of being contacted. Our credit was affected and they will no longer reply to our emails.
