I have suffered from nerve related neck pain that regularly resulted in headaches for the past 7 years I figured that would be the case for life. Recently I had headaches for a month non stop and decided to see Josh for even temporary relief. Even in my first session my headache disappeared. And after 2 sessions I have had no headaches return in over a month since I first saw him. Nothing short of amazing.

I’ve been dealing with wrist pain on and off for the past 7 years. I always assumed it was from my desk job, too much typing and texting, a poor mouse setup, maybe carpal tunnel or a repetitive strain injury. It would flare up badly sometimes, and I even wore a wrist brace at night when it got really painful. But because it came and went, I just managed it and never looked into it properly. Josh and the team are absolute legends and lifesavers. Josh has been treating me for years, and has helped to turn my life around after a bad lower back and neck injury from working as an archaeologist. He is supportive of my goals and is so understanding about the nature of chronic pain. The treatment and exercises keep me on track and active, and everybody at the practice keeps me in good spirits at every appointment. It's quite literally the best place!
