Fantastic service from kind and talented jewellery makers! I bought a pair of two tone drop earrings and I hadn't realised that they completely change colour depending upon the angle (even though it does state that on the website!). So I emailed and asked if I could swap them for a different pair. Hannah and Aidie (the owners) kindly offered to make me a custom pair that wouldn't change colour. The necklace I received containing my Dad's ashes was absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy with it. The extra mile for me though, was the sentiment and heart included in both the making process and communication with myself and my sister who ordered it on my behalf.
