Went to urgent care and they were unable to diagnose the issue with our children, not a huge deal. The issue was, they assured us they could bill our insurance, but weeks later we got the full bill and they told us they couldn't bill the insurance. A 30-minute visit with a single throat swab and temperature check cost nearly $500.
Therapists are good and friendly. However, I asked how much this was going to cost before I started, and they wouldn't give me an answer. I then get a bill for over $1300 for 3 visits. They bill this as an outpatient rather than an office visit so instead of a $20 copay, I got saddled with an outrageous bill. Again, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the price is robbery.
Turn around for employees amazing. Most All the experienced nurses are a thing of the past I will go elsewhere if I have the choice.
