They have the worst mannerisms I have ever seen, and I've worked with children and dementia patients. During a drug screening, they'll stand at your door knocking and talking. They have no respect for anyone. Updated: the rest of these reviews are not lying. They really called two places to lie about what happened. They are the worst types of beings to work with. A human would've had some compassion.

Not the fault directly of Occupational Health, the billing coming from here is INCONSISTENT. Waste time telling Mercy to fix their claims after dealing with the insurance company. You should be billing things the right way the first time. A follow-up visit to Occupational is NOT EMERGENCY care. Not enough you charging over $300 for a 5 minute (actually only 1 minute and provider made us wait) OFFICE visit (plus extra fees for whatever you throw on there).
FYI. You aren't supposed to bring your kids with you. They won't tell you this ahead of time and the receptionist is just as rude as all the other reviews say. She acted like this was info I should have magically known? Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to matter because employers go through mercy regardless. The nurse was super nice though. Seriously, Mercy, why is the receptionist still working there when she obviously is terrible.
Slandering receptionist, will contact your employer and lie to them or exaggerate. I swore a couple times and she emailed my employer saying I came in there swearing at everyone and threatening people which never happened. I said the f word that was it. She made it seem like I came in there with a gun because I had a potty mouth. Unreal.
