they lie and lie and reschedule your appointment without telling you and the only way you find out is to call and confirm the original appointment then they tell you that you be rescheduled they say they call and they don't horrible place for care.
Remember, the T-party guy, shouting "Let 'em die," when Mitt Romney was asked what should happen to those without insurance? That should be the Mercy Health slogan! Cold-hearted money-grubbing creeps at Mercy are even letting people WITH insurance die. Worst place I have ever sought care! Don't even waste your gas if you don't have a credit card with a whole lot of room on it.
Yes let's take over Rockford Memorial and then stop serving all medical cards patients that live on the NW side of town. What a shame !! Lied and cut the people that need an urgent care the most. If you do happen to find yourself there bc all the other emergency care is too busy expect a HUGE bill when you are done. Pathetic
It’s a shame Mercy Health continues to lie to the community they serve and continue to shut down services at their Rockton Ave. location that the west side of the county needs.
