Our mum lived here for 5 years it was the best decision we made to place her in Mercycare Kelmscott. She has had the best care, kept her independence and social events and activities which kept her mind stimulated. As for the staff they went above and beyond with love and care always professional and we thank each and every one of them. Mercycare Kelmscott has been a great facility for our mum who needs 24 hour care. Up to recently the staff and management have been fantastic! But unfortunately recently they protected a bad apple that deliberately hurt my mum I no longer trust the facility and don’t believe they can ensure the safety of the residents.
