This is the nicest facility I've had to deal with
All the staff are amazing here! One of my most important family members is a residence here - my beautiful Grandmother Valmai who is happy and content with all her needs being met. Please be very careful allowing a family member to go here. The service afforded to my Grandmother was abhorrent and utterly disgraceful this facility literally t0rtured her to de@th. Mercy Care present themselves as an open and honest organisation that promotes transparency but having witnessed what I did and have since been informed that is definitely not the case....
