RecommendedMercy Virtual is awesome. My mom uses this service. She saw her PCP on Tuesday and a urine culture was ordered. It resulted late 12-31-20 in the day on MYMercy. I called virtual mercy on 1-1-21 to ask about getting an antibiotic ordered and it was. How great that I could get medication for mom 3 days earlier than what the PCP office could order and she could start feeling better. Love Mercy!!!
Mercy virtual therapy is up setting me i have now stayed home 6 weeks on Thursday including my birthday my son was wanting to take me out for lunch but since it was a Thursday i said no because i was hoping Heather from therapy would call the last time i talked to her she said she would call on Thursday i hoped maybe she might have the next week but still no call ! ! !
