I used them for a Medicaid ride.The driver called me saying "he was here". This was at 230 I was already on with another driver my appt was at 3:00.Turned out he was my pick up ride to go home.So I never had a ride home. I landed up getting a Lyft.The owner called me said he would reimburse me.So I gave him my PayPal info.Yes he put the money through then quickly took it back.So I called Intellaride and told them I DO NOT WANT MERCY TRANSPORT picking me up anymore.Watch out for this company Medicaid riders! SCAMERS!!!
