Same day round trip ride request was accommodated by Jason for my elderly parents to tour a rehab facility. Timely in every fashion & helpful in limited ambulatory situation. Thx Jason!
Absolutely beside myself. Called this company for assistance at an assisted living facility to transport a resident to a doctors appointment that we were unable to accommodate (Residents pay for their own transport not the company) and they said they have several unpayed bills from residents at our facility so they refused to transport. Mind you the resident in question did NOT owe them money but they didn’t even ask for any further info. Extremely unprofessional and rude. While I didn’t catch his name, a man, maybe 50 and heavyset transported my mother from the hospital to Citrus rehab and I was so happy that he had patience with my mother and he deserves a gold star. Thank you.
