therapist are great, truly. But the front desk lady RANDOMLY locks the building with NO WARNING to patients, signage, predicable return time, nothing. My boyfriend, and now my grandmother have both been locked out now while I/my grandfather were getting PT. As a patient I feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and unsafe whenever I find out my loved ones were locked away from me. If I needed them, they would not be able to get to me. Took my chronic back pain that I had seriously compared to other doctors and now after 5 weeks of PT my back pain is little to none. Cannot thank the employees who helped me enough.
