Mercy Place are taking care of my Brother in Law. He was previously in assisted accommodation, but we realised he needed a higher level of care. Right from the start they have gone that extra mile to cater to his needs. He is finally looking settled . I have nothing but praise for their efforts.
They gave my mum someone else's medication which resulted in her taken to emergency in an unconscious state. The way they stored medication was not ideal. It's taken me 7 months since the incident to finally place a review, as I've only just become mentally strong enough to be able to.
