Better teach your staffs how to treat elder people with respect
Mum was at Mercy Sth Shepp for almost 7 years, in all that time we were always kept up to date with mums dementia issues, whenever I had any concerns I felt heard and even with the problems of staffing levels that are common in all centres, mum was cared for to the best of their ability. As a family we will always be grateful for everything that they did for her.
