I have been a resident at Mercy Place now for over one month and have no desire to ever leave. From the minute I arrived l was greeted by the reception staff and carers while being escorted to my room. I was so impressed to see that the staff and residents love being part of this facility. My first impression has been reinforced during my time here. It is a reflection on the management that it can be so impressive.
I am very grateful for my placement at Ven’s home. Ven and his team are professional, kind, and always willing to guide and support me!! All the staff were very patient and helpful, and I truly feel fortunate that my placement was here. I would highly recommend Ven’s team to others.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Ven and his angels (staff) for their respect, compassion shown to me and my mother at her passing. We never felt alone. Review My brother and I cannot fault the care that Mercy Place Lathlain are providing to our dad. They are so respectful, compassionate and kind as well as taking care of his needs in a professional manner and it has alleviated so much stress for us knowing that he’s in a safe place receiving 5-star care. has done a student placement here and I would say that this is a great place to work and gain experience. the staffs are lovely and learn a lot from residents and managers.
