My mum has been at this facility for 3 weeks now and we could not be happier. Her transition went so smoothly and the level of care is amazing as is the level of cleanliness. Ven and all the staff have been so helpful and caring towards mum and also us. They are on top of all her needs and she is treated with love and respect. I have been a resident at Mercy Place now for over one month and have no desire to ever leave. From the minute I arrived l was greeted by the reception staff and carers while being escorted to my room. I was so impressed to see that the staff and residents love being part of this facility. My first impression has been reinforced during my time here. It is a reflection on the management that it can be so impressive.
I am very grateful for my placement at Ven’s home. Ven and his team are professional, kind, and always willing to guide and support me!! All the staff were very patient and helpful, and I truly feel fortunate that my placement was here. I would highly recommend Ven’s team to others.
