The staff on all floors do a great job of caring for all residents on all floors and able assist in informing how your love one is going day by day and keep you informed all the time.
Visited my mother-in-law at Fernhill and found the place warm and inviting. All the staff were exceptional. Dedicated and courteous. My mother-in-law is very happy. Would recommend.
