I have been a resident of Mercy Place Dandenong for over 3 years. The care is outstanding with very caring professional staff. I love how multicultural the home is with residents and staff from all over the world. We have a wonderful Lifestyle team who do their utmost with activities to encourage residents to participate and feel wanted. From what I have heard from others who have had relations in Mercy Care they are extremely happy with the cre their family members are receiving.
Best in the industry can cater dementia to normal and always on duty and the staffs though look overwork but leave no stone unturned. Thanks to all of the team. I have experience in aged care how hard it is. Thanks heaps. I will join mercy when I am old.
