My mum has been in Mercy Place for a few years now and she receives wonderful care from all the staff. The home is modern and gardens are all well kept. They have an excellent lifestyle team who work so well in providing the residents many occasions to all get together and join in happy and joyful celebrations. It is not easy when this times comes upon your family and to be absolutely happy with your chosen home, but when you know they are cared for and when you see them comfortable and happy it is peace of mind.
I have been a resident of Mercy Place Dandenong for over 3 years. The care is outstanding with very caring professional staff. I love how multicultural the home is with residents and staff from all over the world. We have a wonderful Lifestyle team who do their utmost with activities to encourage residents to participate and feel wanted.
