Negligent. My grandmother was given another patients anti-psychotic medication as well as her own. She almost died then and didn't last much longer afterward. It took two weeks for Mercy Place to acknowledge a problem and the tried to make her family pay for the emergency treatment. Despite warning signs and the prompting of visitors, Mercy Place did not properly notify us when my grandparents were dying. We never saw either of them in their last moments.
