My dad has recently moved into this home after being there for respite for six weeks. He's had a big move from Qld where he lived on a boat and whilst he is taking some time to adjust, I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Mercy Place Boronia. Yes, there have been issues, but each time they have been dealt with with compassion and understanding. We have worked together as a team to reach a solution. Dont put anyone in this place or work there. Reception staff very rude by the name of Ankill. Worst customer service possible.
This place is in quarantine for gastro at the moment. no call mum had a fall yesterday no call. My mother in law is there caught over charging her $25,000 there is no communication in this place. No mercy here
