Wow what can I say. My Dad Jimmy was there 7 weeks before he passed away. Every single team member there was amazing from Mary at the font reception to Sandra the chef, Lisa the pastor, to the maintenance lady who had a connection with my mum and was amazing. All the nurses, doctors and people involved looking after my dad, you are absolutely amazing. My dad has recently moved into this home after being there for respite for six weeks. He's had a big move from Qld where he lived on a boat and whilst he is taking some time to adjust, I can't say enough positive things about the staff at Mercy Place Boronia. Yes, there have been issues, but each time they have been dealt with with compassion and understanding. We have worked together as a team to reach a solution. Dont put anyone in this place or work there. Reception staff very rude by the name of Ankill. Worst customer service possible.
