The staff here are truly lovely and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. It’s a calm, welcoming environment and the facility is kept very clean and tidy. It’s always a difficult transition moving a family member into aged care, but the communication from the team makes a huge difference. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with a real community feel in Ballarat. :)

My father has just move there and we are very happy with the facility and especially thankful for the caring staff. It's a much safer place to live with no steps and very moden amenities.

Lovley purpose built aged care facility and the model of small pods of 8 residents with a shared dining and sitting area has merit. At the end of the day it is the quality of care that matters though. My mother recently had a very disappointing experience of care here. Main issues were poor communication between staff, promises but no follow up, not listening to mum, poor quality meals since they centralized the kitchen (hopefully this has improved now) , a general lack of coordination of her care and robust processes it see... read more
