I've not had anyone at Mercy House, but I've talked with families who's family member/ loved one was a resident. They said their loved one was well taking care of. Interaction with staff was good.
Mercy House is such a beautiful place with the kindest people. They are the most warm and welcoming family. I love the precious people that give care there. They are such a blessing!
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Chesney and some of the team at a local event. I loved hearing about how genuinely passionate they were when sharing about the care they provide at Mercy House. It was SO heartwarming the way she lit up talking about their treasured residents. They truly have Joy and a Loving Spirit to serve! 💜 🙏
I visited Mercy House and was very pleased with the cleanliness which is important to me. The staff was caring and the residences seemed happy. The atmosphere was warm and with a home feeling. I would recommend this home if assisted living is needed.
