Went in to the appointment knowing I had shingles because I've had it before. However, just because it didn't present in the typical way, she just would not listen and dismissed it as "just a rash". After a week and a half of pain, 2 different antibiotics, a round of steroids, she finally prescribed an antiviral. However she clearly still didn't get it because she refused to prescribe pain meds beyond 9 pills "for just a rash" which is offensive. Stay away! Far, far away. The insurance company paid for most of the visit, but I still haven't received my refund fourteen months after the visit. One ridiculous excuse after another.

Very unprofessional. She told me to stop a medication she prescribed months ago. I asked why since nothing had changed and how to ween safely. She sent me a certified letter stating that she is no longer my Dr. So very unprofessional. Guess I will ween myself.

tried for 3 days to get an appointment at my doctor,dr grimms office.no luck.finally went to the emergency care office and was taken care of right away,but when my prerscription ran short and i needed more to get by until i was to see the doctor,i was told they couldnt help me. mercy health has sure went downhill,and i dont see it comming back. but they have a corporate monoplly!

Office staff are courteous and professional.Every time I have an appointment or call in need of an answer to a medical question they are responsive and very helpful. Eric Amstuz is my PCP. He is absolutely excellent. He has addressed areas of my health that I can control with support and professionalism. My overall health has improved since 2021 due to his guidance. He truly cares about his patients. I would recommend Eric and his care team to family and friends.

Going on my second year anniversary of total left hip replacement from Doctor Richard miller. Still healing very slow botched surgery left me with more disabilities the replacement was put in the wrong spot because the way it looks Dr Richard Miller allowed his student to do my surgery without my knowledge or approval and he made a mistake made a mistake. I had rotator cuff surgery August 2022 and started PT at Mercy Physical Therapy a few weeks later. I can't stress enough the level of care I received. Joseph and Derrick worked with me until I was able to gain the use of my shoulder completely. I would recommend Mercy outpatient PT because of the level of care I received.

Was there yesterday for an ultra sound(dense breast and a 7 year cancer survivor) The tech was phenomenal! Explained everything about dense breast to me! She was so compassionate and caring! Thank You Debbie for your kindness and for calling me as soon as I got home with the good results!
