Excellent care. Pushed to improve without being overly aggressive. I achieved my goals.
Tommy and Linas in PT were amazing, and the ladies at the front desk were super inviting. Everyone made me feel welcome.
Awesome people. My therapist has done wonders with my legs. He let me see there is still hope. He has really worked hard strengthening my legs and I can tell the difference. I love my visits because everyone in there is so uplifting from the ladies working the sign in to the other therapist working with their patients. They do care.
The physical therapist here at Mercy West really take their time to learn their patients needs! Ken and Linas are amazing!
Mercy Hospital Kenwood outpatient occupational therapy department is run by sub standard therapist that go way out of their scope of practice and have zero compassion and respect for their patients. It al starts with the supervisor, who needs quite a bit of additional customer service training in how to speak with people without misdirecting blame into an 88 year old patient.
