I have had Kara as my Physical Therapist twice over the last several years. Kara is kind, caring, and provided excellent care at each visit. Kara thoroughly explains the purpose of each exercise to help me regain my prior level of function. Kara is encouraging while also understand of my physical limitations. I highly recommend Kara as a Physical Therapist.
Kadi and Kyle have been amazing through my entire process of healing and guiding me with my physical therapy. Encouraging and supportive personalities. Great people great facility to come to for Physical therapy. Nick filled in 1 day and was great to work with stepped in with a smile and was happy to help. Ladies that work the front desk always greet with a smile as well.
I had such a great experience at Mercy! After my surgery, I needed physical therapy for few months, and the team here made the whole process so easy and comfortable. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and always on time for my appointments. They really took the time to explain everything, made sure I was progressing well, and encouraged me every step of the way. I always felt supported and cared for. I highly recommend Mercy to anyone needing physical therapy — they truly go above and beyond!
Matt and Nick have been very helpful in my rehab of multiple knee surgeries. Would recommend everyone to come visit!
