When they call to reschedule you an hour later for their convenience, then say you're "7 minutes, late we cant see you"... DO BETTER MERCY! Everyone has a choice to chose a different PT if you're not getting the results or the goals you were expecting to achieve... its absolutely acceptable to change to another provider! We're doing that. Unprofessional attitudes will not be tolerated. Buh- bye.Â
My therapist there is the best! The whole staff is welcoming, encouraging, and personal as well as professional. They want to see you succeed and be even better than before you were injured. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Â
