The new manager is a sleaze and should be terminated for the way he looks at female staff, there have been multiple events which has caused death to residents however they hide their documentation and don’t revealed the truth. The new manager Jas should be fired and have all rights to health care taken from him. STAY AWAY. He has also hired staff that is his family or relatives and they are not trained and have caused a dramatic negative change. If you want to live. Please don’t place your care in their hands!

This organization provides unpredictable appauling standards of care. Unable to provide respite of any length, unable to provide any nursing care. I had to prepare the doses of Morphine, midazolam needles according to pain levels and inject dad. I watched u tube to learn how. (Im a florist not a nurse.) The manager told me to be careful because when he dies they may look at me for overdosing him albeit accidently. They continued billing...even after dad died.

The worst experience my parent have received in 60 years. This department took over 11 month to install a toilet for my ageing parent in Shepparton. They also collected admin fees every month while my parent had to organise plumbers, electricians and plasterer. The government should not allow such poor use of their fund to agencies like this that have no accountability for their poor service. What a disgrace !
