This place is an actual prison, they lock all the prisoners (residents) in 24/7 and feed them crumbs daily, I wish I was joking.
Terrible place, my mother was given a party pie and rice for dinner last night. Absolutely disgusting.
Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Rude staff, with no understanding of compassion or humanity. Honestly, if you want your relatives being looked after by carers with the personality of a wet sock and the self imposed authority of an NKVD officer then this place is perfect for you. Only nursing home in Bendigo were the staff still cary on like SS guards in regards to Covid despite it being endemic and all residents being vaccinated.
