My doctor sent me here for therapy, they called me to set up my first appointment. The lady gave me my appointment time and said to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was there 15 minutes early and filled out my paperwork and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment nobody had seen me yet so I left. The other places I've been to they were on time with every appointment. Wow I always go to mercy for everything since I was a kid and never had one problem I’m very disappointed the lady at the front desk was very rude!
I showed up for a drug test and apparently they closed it down early? Now I gotta wait and I work the next day so I can't come in. This place is ridiculous. All they had to do was press a button to turn the machine on. That big receptionists is lazy and not compassionate at all. Crazy they got ppl like her in "heathcare"
Showed up just before 4 p.m. They close at 4:30 and refused to take me in for a drug screen.
Long wait! Very slow! They need a faster process or new check in staff! The guy in front of me his social security number was written down on paper in plain sight which is a HIPAA violation.
