Showed up just before 4 p.m. They close at 4:30 and refused to take me in for a drug screen.
Long wait! Very slow! They need a faster process or new check in staff! The guy in front of me his social security number was written down on paper in plain sight which is a HIPAA violation.
The lady I saw at the front desk today was very friendly and helpful, so was the girl who administered the drug test. I was in and out very quick and had friendly chitchat while there.
Great service! I didn't wait longer than 20 minutes for my drug screening. I called beforehand and they were very helpful. While I was in the waiting room, a man threw a tantrum over having to wait while they filled out his extensive paperwork. Then, he didn't follow directions for his urine sample and stormed out when they asked him to go again since he didn't even make the minimum for 1 out of the 2 samples needed for his testing. I do not recommend coming here at all! I had scheduled an appointment for a drug screening and physical for my new job and even with a scheduled appointment it still took forever. I was waiting in line and once the person in front of me was done it was my turn and I told the girl “hi I have an appointment at 9 a.m.” and she rudely turned around and said “I’m busy I didn’t ask you yet” like excuse me?
