Some of the physical therapists here are great at listening to you and helping you feel better. The rest of the time, I was jumping through hoops, playing games their leader described as "insurance chess". Having to advocate for myself so much, and not be heard, had impacted my sanity, patience, and physical health. To this facility, it is more important you are processed through their system, and that insurance pays them, rather than you feeling better. They'll try to help. But you will be gaslit. Discretion advised
The staff, their knowledge, and the care I received far exceeded my expectations. I am pain free and have full range of motion after knee replacement surgery because of the physical therapy and the therapist's guidance for at home exercises. Thank you!
