If you're going to provide 5 star EMS service you need to provide 5 star customer service as well, 0/5 stars for customer service. Management/executive team is not up to par compared to the front line staff.
Horrible company ran by lazy ineffective staff. 10 months of constant calling and going to the facility only to be run off by a security guard while trying to pay my bill. My accident case is closed and now these crooks send me a bill 10 months later. Thieves is the only way to accurately describe this ineffective and inefficient company.
