As somebody who doesn't have health insurance I strongly discourage you from using this company unless it's life or death because they charge a crazy amount for an ambulance ride and at least with me I never received a bill and they just sent me to collections

Mercy Flights showed up for me having a rapid pulse of 230bpm and tended to my issue with my heart in a super professional manner. The english paramedic is fantastic she made me feel safe and comfortable on my way to the hospital. Ps: ambulances cause road sickness.
No one answers any phone calls we've been trying for an hour to renew our membership very scary that someone would not answer the phone and no voicemail nothing
